Cristel's 1826 Collection 12" frying pan, 18/10 brushed stainless with 3-ply construction (induction stainless, aluminum core, 18/10 stainless interior) for fast and even heat. Double-riveted fixed handle, sized for searing steaks, weeknight stir-fries, or feeding a crowd of eggs.

The 1826 line is Cristel's flagship heritage collection, named after the year their factory opened in Fesches-le-Châtel, where every piece is still made today.
