Measure Right Every Time
Accurate measuring is the foundation of consistent cooking and baking. At Tarzian West for Housewares, Brooklyn's neighborhood kitchen store since 1977, we carry a wide selection of measuring cups and spoons, from classic American glass pitchers to professional dry measuring sets and handy specialty tools.
Liquid Measuring Cups. The classic Pyrex glass measuring cup has been a kitchen staple for generations, clear, heat-safe, and easy to read from above or at eye level. Fire King glass measuring cups bring the same vintage American utility in the pale jadite green that collectors and home bakers love. Both are microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
Dry Measuring Cups. OXO angled measuring cups let you read measurements from above without bending down. Le Creuset stoneware measuring cups bring the brand's signature quality to the measuring lineup, chip-resistant and naturally non-porous.
Measuring Spoons. Precise stainless steel and angled spoon sets for tablespoons, teaspoons, and fractional measurements. A Scoop & Measure Spoon and Yeast Spoon round out the specialty measuring options on the Baking Tools page.
Fat Separators. A practical tool for roasting and gravy-making: fat separators let you pour off the lean pan juices while leaving the rendered fat behind. Available in glass and plastic options.
