Stainless Clad. Made In's flagship 5-ply stainless steel construction, built for even heat and excellent searing. The Stainless Clad Frying Pan, Saucepan, Saucier 3 Qt., Stock Pot, and Roasting Pan are all in this line. Restaurant-grade pans that will last a lifetime.
Blue Carbon Steel. Carbon steel heats fast, gets ripping hot, and builds a natural nonstick seasoning over time. The Blue Carbon Steel Frying Pan, Wok 12", and Griddle are each pre-seasoned and ready to use out of the box.
CeramiClad Non-Stick. Made In's ceramic nonstick line without PTFE. Available in the Frying Pan, Saucepan, Saute Pan 3.5 Qt., and Saucier 3 Qt.
Copper. The most responsive heat control you can get in a pan. The Copper Saucepan 1.9 Qt., Copper Frying Pan 11", and Copper Rondeau 5.2 Qt. are restaurant-grade pieces for serious cooking.
