Bodum's classic Assam tea press borrows the French press system to give you full control of the steep. When the tea is ready, press the silicone plunger to lock the leaves into the bottom of the filter, cutting off the water so it stops brewing, and letting you steep the same leaves again. Works with loose leaf or bags.
