Everything for Pie Season, and Beyond
A well-made pie dish or tart pan is one of those kitchen pieces you reach for again and again. At Tarzian West for Housewares, Brooklyn's neighborhood kitchen store since 1977, we carry a complete selection of pie dishes, tart pans, and quiche pans, in every material, size, and price point, plus the accessories that make the difference between a good pie and a great one.
Pie Dishes. From the classic Emile Henry ceramic pie dish (shaped from Burgundian clay for even browning) and the elegant Costa Nova Stoneware Pie Dish to simple tin-plated steel pans and affordable non-stick options, we have a pie dish for every recipe and every budget. Glass options let you monitor the crust from below, while ceramic retains heat beautifully for serving.
Tart Pans. Fluted tart pans with removable bottoms in a range of sizes, from Frieling's 11" non-stick pan to mini 4" tart pans for individual portions. Ideal for French-style fruit tarts, savory tarts, and elegant pastry desserts.
Quiche Pans. Round and oval quiche pans from Gobel and BIA Cordon Bleu for classic and individual-size quiches with perfectly crimped, professional-looking edges.
Pie Accessories. The tools that make a real difference: Fox Run ceramic pie weights for blind baking, Mrs. Anderson's silicone crust shields to prevent overbrowning edges, a silicone pie crust maker bag for rolling and shaping pastry without the mess, a Costa Nova pie bird for venting steam, and a Rösle pie and gateaux server for clean, beautiful slices at the table.
