Mrs. Anderson's Apple Peeling Machine handles apples in seconds with one turn of the handle, peeling, coring, and slicing all at once for pies, tarts, applesauce, canning, dehydrating, and healthy snacks. A powerful suction base grips smooth counters, and the enclosed C-clamp secures it to porous surfaces up to 1.5 inches thick. It works just as well on potatoes for chips, casseroles, and scalloped potatoes, and you can set it to peel, core, and slice together or simply peel.
