Handmade in Sakai, Osaka, this multi-purpose knife carries a double-edged blade forged from high-carbon VG10 stainless steel and finished by hand by the city's expert sharpeners. The result is a beautifully thin, outstandingly sharp edge that handles everyday cutting with ease, set in an octagonal magnolia-wood handle. Offered in three lengths.
