Hand-made in Goyon-Chazeau's workshop in Thiers, France, the P'tit Tradi is the everyday paring knife, quick to grab for breakfast, a bit of peeling, or late-night fruit. The carbon-steel blade runs full-tang through a wood handle offered in olive wood, ebony with sapwood, or walnut, balanced and honest and happiest living on the counter.
