Tovolo's Flex-Core spatula pairs a stiff nylon core with a silicone shell, so it stays rigid enough to fold thick batter yet flexible enough to scrape a bowl clean. An asymmetrical head reaches wide areas, a tapered edge gets into the sides, and a square corner works into tight spots, all on a comfortable stainless steel handle rated to 600°F.
