The Kuhn Rikon ICED bread knife slices cleanly through any crust, from a fine baguette to a firm seeded rye, on a sharp serrated edge. Its German stainless blade is ice-hardened, heated past 1000°C and then tempered at minus 120°C for extra durability and corrosion resistance, and a weighted, riveted handle keeps the whole thing balanced in the hand. A dark titanium coating gives it an elegant look.
