Marcato's Tacapasta drying rack gives you ample space to dry up to 4.4 pounds of long noodles and homemade pasta. Fresh pasta made in advance can be dried and stored for later, or hung to keep strands from sticking until the pot reaches a rolling boil. Sixteen rods, each 8 inches long, fan out for fast access and close up for compact storage, and a multipurpose wand picks up freshly cut pasta for safe transport to the rack or pot, then stores neatly in the central column. Made in Italy from steel and polycarbonate, it wipes clean with a dry cloth or brush.
