One cloth quietly retires a sponge, a dishrag, and a roll of paper towels.

A Swedish dishcloth drinks up spills, wipes down a counter, and dries fast enough that it never turns sour on the edge of the sink. This one is 70% cellulose and 30% cotton, washes and goes back to work up to 200 times, and when it has finally earned its retirement it goes in the compost rather than the trash.
