Epicurean's Kitchen Series board is built from wood fiber and food-safe resin pressed into a thin, lightweight profile that is easy to move, easy to store, and gentle on your knife edges. A built-in utility hole lets you hang it out of the way, and the nonporous surface goes straight into the dishwasher when prep is done. Rubber feet keep it planted while you chop.
