The Goldilocks Saucepan is fully clad from tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core, a double-riveted stay-cool handle, and a lid. It is oven safe to 550°F, induction ready, and dishwasher safe. The 1.5 qt is small but mighty for reheating a single serving of soup or melting butter, while the 3 qt is a workhorse for sauces and small stews.
