Fiskars All Steel Pure is uncoated 18/10 stainless steel with a uniquely engraved cook surface that excels at high-temperature frying and browning. The body and handle are made from 90% recycled steel, and a three-layer base spreads heat evenly across any hob. Since it is uncoated, warm it up gradually and add a little oil or fat to keep food from sticking; in return you get a pan that browns beautifully and lasts more or less forever.
