Nogent Le Grand Tradi Chef Knife

Hand-made in Goyon-Chazeau's workshop in Thiers, France, the Grand Tradi is the larger sibling to the P'tit Tradi, built for when you want a bit more blade. The carbon-steel blade runs full-tang through a wood handle available in olive wood, ebony with sapwood, or walnut, an honest, balanced knife that earns a permanent spot by the cutting board.
