Colour Mill White Food Coloring

The base coat that keeps your buttercream colors true.

Add Colour Mill White before your other colors to knock back the yellow tones in buttercream, chocolate, and more, so the shade you mix is the shade you get. Like the rest of the range it is oil-based, dyed and dispersed in the fats your baking already contains for a rich, even result.

• Oil-based color, blends into fat-based mixes
• Best in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake batter, ganache, and fondant
