BALMUDA's steam technology is the trick: pour in 5 cc of water and a thin layer of steam wraps the bread, crisping the surface while sealing the moisture and flavor inside. Precise control across three temperature zones gives a crackly crust over a fluffy interior, and dedicated modes tune the heat to whatever you are toasting. The Pro adds a Salamander Grill mode that mimics a professional broiler's powerful top-down heat for caramelizing and finishing.
