Cristel Castel'Pro Mini Stewpot, 0.5 Qt

Full-size Cristel construction, scaled down for a single serving.

This half-quart stewpot in mirror-polished 18/10 stainless is sized for the small jobs, melting butter, blooming spices, simmering a single-serving sauce, or warming an espresso's worth of milk, with a fitted lid to hold the heat. It uses the same Castel'Pro 3-ply Ultraply base as Cristel's full-size cookware, made in France in the Fesches-le-Châtel factory.
