Nagamochi Sunsun Sponge

Named for its long-lasting quality, the Nagamochi Sponge lives up to its name. The manufacturer claims it lasts about 6 months, but we've seen some folks stretch its lifespan much further, myself truly included. The magic lies in its special, top-quality polyurethane material.

This sponge isn't just durable; it is a champ at both sudsing up and draining water, and its density ensures a perfect lather every time. Thanks to the membrane-removing structure developed by the manufacturer, it stays fresh and clean, free from unpleasant odors or germs. It comes in a compressed package just 0.28 inches thick and quickly expands to the size of your palm once taken out of the bag. We compared the regular and soft versions, and while the soft ones do feel a tad softer, there is not too much of a difference in our humble opinion.
