HIC Bamboo Handle Spider Skimmer

Lifts and drains food from hot oil, soups, stocks or boiling water in one scoop. HIC's spider skimmer has a wide, shallow stainless steel wire basket that drains fast, and a long natural bamboo handle that stays cool and keeps your hand back from the pot. A favorite of both Western and Asian cooks.
