• Stainless steel grinding mechanism that will not corrode and holds its sharpness over time
• Classic adjustable grinding system: loosen or tighten the nut at the top, clockwise for a finer grind and counter-clockwise for a coarser grind
• For best results use salt with a maximum diameter of 4 mm (0.16")
• Designed for dry coarse salt, dry sea salt or rock salt
• Do not use this mill with wet sea salt
