Espresso-style concentrated coffee in five minutes or less, with no plug and no charging. Add finely ground coffee, tamp it with the built-in tamper, add about 5 ounces of hot or cold water, wait (2 minutes for hot, 5 for cold), then use the pump to press the concentrate into the carafe. Dilute with hot or cold water or milk for an Americano, a Vietnamese-style cold brew, an affogato, whatever the morning calls for. It makes 1 to 3 servings, fits in a backpack or purse, and everything except the pump is dishwasher safe.
