GIR Mini Flip Silicone Turner

Small enough to be charming, strong enough to be useful, a combination that is rarer than it sounds.

The Mini Flip is built for the little jobs: silver dollar pancakes, sliders, a snickerdoodle lifted off the sheet pan. The edge is thin so it slides under without tearing, and the body is sturdy enough to send a goose egg sunny side up or lift a one pound burger patty when the moment calls for it. It belongs to GIR's family of turners, thin but not flimsy, sturdy but not clumsy.
