The Zojirushi Micom water boiler uses microcomputer temperature control to hold water at one of four keep-warm settings, so everything from delicate green tea to French press coffee brews at its ideal temperature. An optional Quick Temp mode reaches the lower settings without a full boil to save time and energy, and a slow café drip dispensing mode gives you a gentle, controlled pour.
