Called the Ferrari of the pasta machine world by Cook's Illustrated, Marcato's original Atlas 150 rolls and cuts dough for traditional Italian pasta at home. Ten thickness settings take you from a paper-thin sheet to fettuccine and taglioni, and rolled pasta cooks more evenly and grabs more sauce. Chrome-plated steel with anodized aluminum rollers, made in Italy.
