HIC Lemon Squeezer

The handheld press built for the acid in a lemon. Lightweight aluminum with a baked-on enamel coating keeps the citric acid in citrus from damaging the squeezer, so this HIC squeezer keeps pressing fresh juice from lemons and large limes while filtering out the seeds and pulp. It is inspired by the classic hand juicers of Mexico: cut the lemon in half, drop it in cut side down, hold it over the glass and press the handles together. Reach for it when a dish, a marinade or a round of margaritas needs real juice.
