The King Arthur Baking Company rolling mat gives dough a non-stick, non-slip work surface that stays in place and releases dough without sticking. Permanent markings guide round crusts and sheets: 4 and 6 in. tarts, 8, 10 and 12 in. pie crusts, 14 in. pizza crusts, and border guides for sheets up to 16 x 22 in. Made from silicone and natural glass fibers with sealed edges, it is heat safe to 500 F and cleans up in the dishwasher.
