Wüsthof Classic Ikon Hand-Held Knife Sharpener

Sharp knives in a few pulls, no steel or whetstone skills needed. Wüsthof's Classic Ikon hand-held sharpener is a 2-stage, V-shaped pull-through: draw a dull blade through the coarse notch with diamond rods to set the edge, then finish it in the fine ceramic notch. For an edge that's already moderately sharp, the fine notch alone brings it back. It sharpens to a 14.5 degree angle, matched to Wüsthof's standard blades.
