High Dome Grill Lid

A larger version of our popular Cheese Melting Dome, this 11.5 inch diameter dome redirects rising heat and steam back down onto your food as it cooks. Cheese melts almost instantly on grilled burgers, sunny-side up eggs cook perfectly, and it is great for diner-style sauteing of onions and mushrooms on a griddle. The sturdy wire handle lets you grab it with an oven mitt or grill tongs, and the no-nonsense spun aluminum build will withstand a lifetime of use.
