Ilsa Cast Iron Gas Ring Reducer

A moka pot on a full-size gas grate is a balancing act. The Ilsa Gas Ring Reducer sits over the burner opening and gives small pots, butter warmers, Turkish coffee pots and tea kettles a stable surface to rest on. Cast iron absorbs the heat and diffuses it evenly across the base of the pan, so a small vessel heats steadily instead of scorching over a single flame. It is compact enough to tuck in a drawer when the big pans are out. Made in Italy.
