Wüsthof Handheld Knife Sharpener

A sharper knife in a few pulls.

Set the Wüsthof 2-Stage sharpener on the counter, hold its E-Z grip handle in one hand and the knife in the other, and draw the blade through. The carbide slot sets the edge and the ceramic slot finishes it. It's built to sharpen at 14 degrees per side, the angle Wüsthof uses for its standard knives.

• Two stages: carbide to set the edge, ceramic to finish it
