A small two-tone cutting board from Brooklyn-based design house Fredericks & Mae, half cherry red, half cobalt blue, joined down the middle with a hand-finished metal handle. Cut from a single piece of HDPE (the dense, food-safe plastic that pro kitchens use for prep boards), so it's gentle on knife edges, washes clean, and fits in the dishwasher when the day is done. Sized for a quick cheese plate, a small board of crudités, or as a colorful prep surface for a tiny kitchen.
