Outset Fish Grill Basket with Rosewood Handle

The basket that saves your fish from the grate.

Outset's chromed steel basket clasps around whole fish or fillets and lets flame and smoke hit the flesh directly through the flexible wire, so you get real char without sticking or falling through. The long rosewood handle stays cool while you flip the whole thing in one motion.
