Emile Henry throws it in Marcigny, France, from Burgundy clay: a heavy, heat-retentive ceramic that browns bottom crusts evenly and holds serving temperature at the table. High Resistance® glaze is oven-safe to 520°F and completely safe from freezer through microwave through dishwasher.
