Joseph Joseph's steel dish rack has a two-part sliding tray so you can widen the draining space when you need it and pull it back in when you don't. Coated steel prongs have non-scratch tips, ribs in the base channel water away instead of trapping it in upturned cups, and a movable cutlery drainer adds knife slots. A rail at the back steadies chopping boards, and the base spout swivels to three positions to fit your sink.
