Mercer Cut Resistant Glove

The MercerGuard cut-resistant glove is the small piece of gear that saves a lot of near-misses: mandoline work, boning, oyster shucking, fast prep with a sharp knife. Ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fibers give ANSI A4 cut protection — it takes 1,500+ grams of force to cut through — while staying lightweight and flexible enough to feel like a work glove, not a mitt. Ambidextrous, so the same glove fits either hand.
