Quarter Sheet Cooling Rack

The little rack that pulls a lot of weight. Mrs. Anderson's quarter-size cooling rack fits quarter-sheet pans for cooling cookies, roasting vegetables or dehydrating fruit, and the cross-wire weave holds small pieces so nothing slips through. Sturdy chrome-plated steel wire is oven safe to 500°F.
