The cold-brew pitcher that lives in the fridge next to the milk — Hario's heatproof glass carafe with a built-in fine-mesh stainless steel strainer, so you skip the paper filter and the mess. Add coarse-ground coffee to the strainer, pour cold water, cover, refrigerate for about 8 hours, and pour a smoother, less-acidic cup straight from the pitcher into a glass over ice. Also works well for cold-brew tea and infused water.
