Nogent Spreader Butter Knife

Nogent's spreader has a rounded blade that glides through butter, jam, pâté, and soft cheese, the go-to for a toasted bagel that is calling for cream cheese. A hornbeam handle set with brass rivets makes it handsome enough for the serving board and sturdy enough for daily use, and like all Nogent knives it is made in France.
