Dial the thickness across ten settings from a paper-thin 0.6 mm to 4.8 mm, roll sheets up to 150 mm wide, and let evenly rolled pasta cook uniformly and soak up more sauce. Made in Italy from anodized aluminum and backed by a 10-year warranty.
