Developed by Bob and Gina Hartwig, the bakers behind Chicago's Lovely: A Bake Shop, the Lovely rolling pin has slight indentations along its edges that guide the dough to a perfectly even thickness every time. The 24-inch pin rolls to 1/8" over an 18-inch working span. Turned from North American hardwood and made in the USA.
