The Assistent Original now comes as the Essential Package: the machine plus the tools you will reach for every day. Instead of a beater forcing its way through dough, the bowl itself turns against the Dough Roller, working the gluten with the gentle rhythm of hand kneading. The same roller whips cream and egg whites and mixes cake batter and cookie dough. For dense doughs like rye, bagel or brioche, swap in the Dough Hook. The open bowl lets you add ingredients while it runs, and the motor sits in the base so the machine stays put.
