The Bialetti Moka Express is the original stovetop moka pot, and the mustachioed gentleman on every one is Renato Bialetti, son of Moka inventor Alfonso, drawn in 1953 by Italian artist Paul Campani. Made in Italy from aluminum in its distinctive octagonal shape, it diffuses heat evenly to pull a rich, authentic coffee in minutes, while a patented safety valve and an ergonomic handle keep it easy and safe to use. It works on gas, electric, and propane, travels happily to the campsite or the beach, and can run on induction with the Bialetti induction adapter plate (sold separately).
