The Kilner 34oz Pickle Jar makes home fermenting simple. A two-piece lid with a tin disc and screw band creates Kilner's famous vacuum seal to preserve foods longer, while the silicone lifter sits inside the jar: set your onions, cauliflower, sauerkraut, or kimchi on top, add your brine, and let it ferment. When you are ready, lift the contents out and the base of the lifter drains the liquid so you can serve straight away. Embossed capacity markings on the side make measuring easy.
