Fat Daddio's 12-cup muffin pan is made from extremely strong anodized aluminum, a surface that won't let raw aluminum leach into your food or hold onto discoloration. It bakes a proper standard-size muffin every time and resists warping in a hot oven. Greasing is still recommended, and it is hand wash only.
