Cast iron's heavy thermal mass holds heat once the pan is hot, so this small loaf pan browns banana bread, meatloaf, pate, and pound cake evenly and cooks the center through. Pre-seasoned at the foundry with vegetable oil, it only gets more nonstick with use. Made in South Pittsburg, Tennessee, by Lodge, pouring American iron since 1896.
