Matcha Tea Whisk

The secret to a frothy bowl of matcha is a proper whisk. Helen's Asian Kitchen makes this traditional chasen from natural bamboo, made for whisking matcha by hand. Like every bamboo whisk it will soften and wear with use; rinse it in water only, since bamboo absorbs soap aromas and flavors.
