The Gefu Sintesi oval dish pairs clear glass with a surprisingly effective PFAS-free ceramic non-stick coating, so roasts and bakes release cleanly and you can cook with less added fat. The coating is non-toxic, water-based, and free of PFAS, BPA, nickel, and heavy metals, and because it is glass it goes from oven to table without warping or rusting, then wipes clean with far less water.
