Loose leaf tea with the convenience of a tea bag. Squeeze the handle to snap the ball open, fill it halfway (about 2 teaspoons) so the leaves have room to expand, set it in the cup and pour in hot water. Steep at least 3 minutes for full aroma and flavor, lift it out and discard the leaves.
